RIPTIDE MS TSUNAMI HS PARENTS LEADERSHIP GROWTH STAFF

Matt Wilson – Pastor of Student Families

I had the opportunity of being raised in a Christian home while growing up in Nebraska. As a teen, my family moved to Baltimore, Maryland and it was there I came to know Christ as my Lord during a Billy Graham Crusade in 1981. I graduated from Towson University and Chesapeake Theological Seminary, both located in Baltimore. After completing my Masters of Theological Studies (MTS), I was ordained by the Evangelical Church Alliance. The Lord called me into youth ministry in 1989 and I have been serving at WPC since 2002. My wife, Becky and I have three beautiful girls, Stephanie, Tessa, and Sarah Kate. In my free time I enjoy reading, golf, fishing, canoeing and woodworking.

Dee Aubry - Student Ministry Assistant

I grew up in Illinois, Kentucky and Florida. I accepted Christ as my Savior when I was 12 years old, but drifted far away from God and His ways during my high school (Ft. Pierce Central) and college (Southern Illinois University) years. I met my husband Kevin in Denver, CO, where our daughter Molly was born. We moved to Wellington in 1987, shortly before our son Conor was born. We decided to “expose our children to religion” because we knew it would be good for them. Little did we know what God had in store for my husband and myself when we began attending Wellington Presbyterian Church in 1988! By His grace and mercy, and through the ministry of WPC, He drew us back into His loving arms. I have been employed at WPC since 2002. In my spare time I enjoy reading and doing crossword puzzles.

Amanda Aust - Summer Intern 2008

I am a senior at Valparaiso University, where I am majoring in nursing and involved in Nurses Christian Fellowship. I moved from Indiana to Florida in 7th grade and attended Wellington Christian School from 7th-12th grade. During my first year at WCS, I became a Christian and became involved in Chapel at WCS and student ministries at WPC. I enjoy spending time outside, playing sports, especially tennis, going to the beach, riding my bike, and being with my friends and family.
